They've been working together as a team for almost a year, planning, coordinating and designing the most unforgettable wedding for one very fortunate couple in love. By implementing and coordinating the exquisite details and top notch products and services, this amazing wedding will definitely be worthy of platinum status.

2010 Sedona Luxury Dream Wedding Giveaway & Gifts

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY EXCEPT TICKET TO BRIDAL SHOW. Void where prohibited. MAKING A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING.

The Brian Media Group, LLC, its subsidiaries, and affiliated companies (together the Contest Producers and Sponsors) will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these Terms & Conditions, and by participating, each participant agrees to the following:

1. DATES: Contest opens on January 17th 2010. Contest closes on January 17th, 2010 at 5:00 pm MST. No purchase necessary, but you must be present to enter. It is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years or older and are engaged to be married on or before August 6th, 2011 at the time of entry. No entry forms shall be accepted outside of the actual wedding show.

2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Visit www.SedonaBridalShow.com, pay for your ticket for the show. Once at the show you will need to provide contact information.  All information provided by entrant (with the exception of addresses, emails, and phone numbers) may be made public, either on this website, or in other media resources.  By entering, you allow the Contest Producer to use any information and images, either publicly or privately, in any given format.  Email addresses may be given to the contest sponsors so they may contact entrants, but will not be made public.

3. THE WINNER WILL BE CHOSEN ON JANUARY 31, 2010.

4. HOW TO ENTER:  You must attend the Sedona Bridal Show on January 17th, 2010.  At that show entry ballots will be handed to each bride and each groom.  There will be a series squares on the entry form that will have the table number of each wedding vendor participating in the show.  The bride and/or groom must visit every vendor on the sheet and get a mark from that vendor on their entry form showing that they visited that booth.  Every square must have been marked by the corresponding wedding vendor in order to have a valid entry form.  The completed entry forms will be collected for the drawing to be held on January 31st, 2010.

5. SELECTION OF WINNER: The Winner will be determined from the drawing conducted by The Wedding Chronicle. Winner will be contacted on January 31st, 2010, and subsequently posted on the Sedona Bridal Show website.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE DELIVERY: The Winner will be notified on January 31st, 2010; provided, however, that if a Winner is determined to be ineligible, cannot be reached within a reasonable amount of time, or otherwise fails to comply with Contest Terms & Conditions, that entrant shall be disqualified and another Winner will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries.

7. PRIZE DEFINITION: Winner is responsible for all taxes, gratuities, and travel-related expenses.  The winner will choose their wedding day from the following dates:  March 6, 2010, August 14, 2010, March 5, 2011 or August 6, 2011.  The prize(s) awarded to the eligible Winner include:

L'Auberge de Sedona: Wedding Ceremony and Reception including:

*Venue(s) to accommodate the Ceremony, Cocktail Reception, and Seated Dinner with Dancing for up to 100 guests.

*Chef’s choice menu selections for passed appetizers during the cocktail hour and a plated dinner menu for up to 100 guests at a reduced cost.

*Event staffing for services provided by the Hotel in relation to the above donated services only.

*Overnight accommodations in a Cottage for the Couple for the night before and night of Wedding for the bride and groom.

*Reduced sleeping room block rate for friends and family of the couple, up to 30 days prior to the wedding.

*Winner responsible for taxes and gratuities and any outside rentals.

Events By Show Stoppers: Complete wedding floral package.

*A floral allowance calculated at $50.00 per guest will be awarded the winner

*Number of guests will be based on food and beverage count.

*Winner is responsible for all tax ( 9.725%) and gratuity.

Sedona Bride: Wedding Day Photography

*Up to 7 hours of consecutive coverage by Sedona Bride Photographers

*Unlimited number of images taken edited to 800-1200 images all of which will have custom adjustments made to each file.

*Edited 800-1200 images will be posted online for the bride and groom to view and share with their family and friends.

*Online slideshow of the photographers 100 favorite images set to music ... each of those images will have further custom enhancements made to each image.

*5x5 mini book with the same 100 photographers favorite images

Classical guitar services for the ceremony

Sedona Trio:

Trio playing for the cocktail/dinner for two hours.   

The trio consists two guitars and percussion, playing Latin, Jazz, and World music with two guitars and percussion. 
It is a value of $750

8. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes are nontransferable, nonnegotiable and not redeemable for cash, credit or merchandise. Any changes in services or goods as offered in the wedding give away will be made solely between the bride & groom and at the discretion of the specific vendors. Prize substitutions are allowed at the sole expense of the bride & groom. If any prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsors will make every effort to substitute a prize of comparable value but will not guarantee a replacement. Winner is responsible for all travel-related expenses.  This prize may not be combined with any other offers, discounts or promotions or sales. Failure to redeem The Sedona Luxury Wedding Give Away goods and services by August 6th, 2011 shall result in forfeiture of the prize, and no substitute prize will be awarded.

9. TAXES/GRATUITIES: Winners assume all applicable SALES tax liability and gratuities for their prize(s), which shall be paid by winner to each relevant Sponsor as indicated in the contracts provided by the Sponsors and Contest Producers. All SALES taxes and gratuities are due no later than 10 days before the wedding. Each winner must provide the Sponsors or Contest Producers with valid identification and a valid taxpayer social security number before any prize will be awarded. Any person winning over $600 in prizes from an individual Sponsor will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.

INCOME TAXES: The winner of the Prize will be subject to any and all Federal and State income taxes and any other taxes payable in accordance with Federal and State law due to their acceptance of their Prize and the law, regulations, procedures, rules and directives applicable. All federal, state and local laws relating to the transfer, ownership or use of the Prize apply.  The winner of the Prize(s) agrees that the "fair market value" of the Sedona Wedding Giveaway as determined by each INDIVIDUAL SPONSOR will be used to determine the value of the Prize(s) for income tax and all other purposes.

10. INTERNET: If for any reason, the Internet-related portion of The Sedona Wedding Show is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause which corrupts or threatens the administration, security or integrity of the Contest, Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to terminate or suspend the Contest or any portion thereof. ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST, EMAIL OR WEBSITES, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Information submitted in Internet registration, including entrant’s name, address, e-mail address, etc., may be used by Sponsors for marketing or promotional purposes.  Sponsors and Contest Producers are not responsible for printing errors in these Official Rules.

11. CONDUCT AND DECISIONS: By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsors. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Sponsors and Contest Producers will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and the Sponsor’s and Contest producer’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Sponsors or Contest Producers, the Sponsors and Contest Producers reserve the right to terminate this Contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Sponsors and Contest Producers deem appropriate. All decisions  made by the Sponsors and Contest Producers are final. The Sponsors and Contest Producers may waive any of these rules in their sole discretion.

12. WINNER: The winner will be notified directly and their name posted on www.SedonaBridalShow.com. 

13. OFFICIAL RULES: Will be posted on the website www.SedonaBridalShow.com.

14. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW: The conduct of the Contest is governed by the applicable laws of the United States of America, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein.
