Sedona Bridal Show Details

A lavish wedding giveaway is being given away at the Sedona Bridal Show worth more than $40,000!! Brides and Grooms will meet on January 17th at 6:30am - 8:00am to load onto limo busses that will take them to Sedona. Expresso Subito and Sharko's Catering will have goodies to help wake you up. Curtis Whipple will provide the entertainment at City North. Kiss 104.7 and Mix 96.9 are holding a contest giving away seats on the limo bus so check out their websites to enter. Sedona wedding planners will ride on the limo buses to talk wedding and answer any questions. Or you can make your way up in your own car if you don't want to do the limo bus thing. Sedona is only 90 minutes from North Phoenix and a beautiful drive this time of year! Couples will be taken to L'Auberge, Amara and Tlaquepaque to visit with the vendors and to register to win a $40,000 lavish wedding!!

The Sedona Bridal Show Agenda

The Sedona Bridal Show will begin at CityCenter of City North Shopping Center parking lot located at the 101 and 56th Street (From Sky Harbor International Air Port to City North, Take State Route 51 north. Connect onto Loop 101 east. Exit at 56th Street, turn left. Go to the first traffic signal and turn left onto Deer Valley Drive. From Scottsdale Municipal Airport, take Scottsdale Road north to loop 101 west. Exit at 56th Street, turn right. Go to the first traffic signal and turn left onto Deer Valley Drive.)

Once at City North the official send-off will begin at 6:30 am. The Wedding Chronicle will provide a DJ/Master of Ceremonies; Curtis Whipple, gourmet coffee by Expresso Subito and breakfast treats by Sharko's Catering. Popular radio stations KISS 107 fm and MIX 96 fm. Sponsoring a contest for seats on the limo busses. Winners of the Kiss 104.7 & Mix 96.9 radio station contest will be presented with grab bags and given seats on the winner's busses. The remaining brides and their guests will be transported in other limo busses. Busses will promptly leave at 8:00 am, no exceptions. During the ride to Sedona, a wedding planner from Sedona will be on each bus to explain the wedding give-away and to relay information about beautiful Sedona. If you miss the bus, sorry but NO REFUNDS NO CHILDREN

The Bridal show will be staged at Amara, L'Auberge de Sedona and Tlaquepaque. The show will be conducted from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and then the brides and guests will be bussed back to Phoenix. During the show the attendees will be transported between the venues by Sedona Trolley. Each bride and groom will be given a contest entry form with every vendor listed on it, in a bingo style format. They must visit every wedding vendor at the show and will need to get a mark from each vendor on their contest entry form. These will be turned in at the end of the show at designated locations to be eligible for the drawing.

The fee for transportation on the limo busses is $25/person or $35/couple, (cash only at the departure area) unless you are one of the KISS or MIX radio station contest winners. If you choose to drive to Sedona, you will go directly to Tlaquepaque and pay $10 per person and $15 per couple (cash only at the door) for your entry. You may also pay on line in advance at www.SedonaBridalShow.com. The address for Tlaquepaque is 336 Arizona Highway 179, Sedona, AZ 86336.

(To get to Tlaquepaque from Phoenix/Scottsdale Area Take I-17 North toward Flagstaff, Leave I-17 at exit 298 (Hwy 179), Drive 15 miles into Sedona and crossover the Oak Creek Bridge, Tlaquepaque is on the immediate left hand-side of the road.)
